Kurangi atau berhenti merokok, kafein dan soda yang bisa menghambat rambut tumbuh maksimal.
Pilih makanan diet yang sehat, hindari makanan berkadar lemak atau gula yang tinggi.
Perlakukan rambut seperti tali yang sudah tua. Rawat dengan hati-hati dan jangan terlalu sering menyisir atau memegang rambut.
Hindari menggunakan air panas, pengering rambut yang terlalu panas atau alat lainnya yang bisa membuat rambut menjadi stres.
Jangan lupa berolahraga
Lakukan perawatan rutin seperti creambath dua minggu sekali atau hair spa
Potong ujungnya secara teratur untuk menghindari rambut bercabang
Istirahat cukup, sehingga rambut tubuh subur
