Diana Kirschner, salah satu psikolog yang bekerja di sebuah klinik di New York, menilai aktivitas Sarah hanya kedok. "Dia menggunakan kata terapi untuk bisnisnya, namun saya menganggap hal tersebut bukanlah terapi. Saya beranggapan bisnisnya itu adalah media porno via internet dengan pendekatan yang lebih halus," ujar Diana.

Dia menambahkan, interaksi seksual dalam bentuk apapun anatara pasien dan terapis adalah hal yang melanggar kode etik yang disepakati American Psychoanalytic Association, organisasi psikolog terbesar dan tertua di negara tersebut.
